Becoming a Patron or a Friend
Ticket income from our concerts covers only about 60% of our costs. We are grateful to audience members who help us bridge the gap through one-off donations for specific projects and by becoming a Patron or Friend with an annual subscription.
To become a Patron or Friend, and help ensure our future, please click here to access a PDF form. Patrons and Friends enjoy priority booking and are invited to occasional special events and the Annual General Meeting, playing a part in approving the accounts, electing Trustees and hearing about future plans.
For more information about a new or existing subscription, please contact our Membership Secretary Clare Webb at firstname.lastname@example.org, by phone on 01508 482444 (home) or 07789 430203 (mobile) or by post to Hill House, Low Road, Hedenham, Norfolk NR35 2LH.
All donations to charity made by a UK taxpayer can be treated as Gift Aid donations if the donor makes a Gift Aid declaration to the charity. This enables us to reclaim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate to Concerts at Cratfield. Your annual subscription, if you are a Patron or Friend, qualifies as a donation, and we can also reclaim on any one-off donations: all you need to do is to complete the Gift Aid declaration on the Patrons and Friends form.
Other ways to help
If you’d like to volunteer in any way to help our concerts – eg distributing publicity close to where you live or helping as a steward on concert day – then please contact Marilyn at the Box Office.
